Living in a nation that is so blessed as Nigeria would indeed have made one so proud that one is a Nigerian. If I would not use my eyes of faith as a believer to say "IT IS WELL",the realities on ground keeps getting worse. There is no petrol,no electricity,no road and in fact nothing. The number of people living in poverty is so high that I get angry when I see the few who live on the money meant for the populace.

This few that are meant to channel a course for our nation don't even care anymore. I was so alarmed of late when I heard Bode George and Alameisia are both on the National conference list. Hmmmm...it made me come to a conclusion that the government no longer care what the people think."Nigerians will talk and later keep quiet" I guess is what they have found to be the reality on ground. So they are free to do whatever it is they want to do. People are dying in the North East and I don't want to believe our military can't tackle those guys if given the order and the weapons to do so.

And to make it worse, the church who is suppose to be at the forefront of making this world a better place has now become a part of the equation to somehow keep this bunch of "no vision" people in the place of power. I wish I had some level of influence as a spiritual leader, maybe a march on Aso villa to demand accountability would have jolted our government to have a rethink on how to govern his people. The prophets of old spoke to nations and governments,Kings came to their doorstep with fear and reverence seeking for counsel on what to do,in our own modern day Rev Martin Luther led a march to Washington to demand equality, our very own Sunday Adelaja led a revolution in Ukraine a strange land. What happened to the prophets of today?Busy organising breakthrough meetings, deliverance from the devil that they have been delivered from over 2000years ago, praying for Nigeria which isn't a bad idea but faith without works I believe is dead...hmmmm

When shall we be free from the oppressors of our land? This bothered me so much as I sat looking at the candle light yesternight because there was no fuel to power the generator and have never thought of buying a rechargeable lantern since we have a generator.

Are we cursed?Or do I say we are "BLESSED AND CURSED"?I have used my eyes of faith so far concerning my country and I pray this eyes don't get dim...IT IS WELL WITH NIGERIA!!!
