Am I forgotten?

Sometimes we just don't know what to make of our situation. Its all messed up & it seems like there is no way out. Infact, at times it looks like we have prayed & its like the heavens are shut up against our prayers

We look everywhere for God & its like He doesn't exist anymore. Its like the more we pray,the more terrible our situation become."What exactly could be going on?" is what we continually think about especially if we live a life that pleases God. We seem lost & can't seem to make sense of the situation

At such moments I look around me for succor in the stories & experience of people that have gone through such moments. And "Job" readily comes to mind. A lot of us know Job but lots of people miss the point of that story

Job was a good man but his whole problem began when God said to the devil "Have you seen my servant Job?". The whole ordeal of Job was God proving to the devil that Job will stand with Him no matter what the devil does to him. The problem of Job was not because he was a sinner or a bad man but a tussle between God & the devil. And we saw Job pull through the whole ordeal. Could I say God was so proud of Job that He knew his faith in Him won't shake?

Maybe you are going through an ordeal right now and it just doesn't make sense to you knowing you have done everything right. Could I say God is so proud of you that He made a boast of you to the devil?That God trust you so much that He can't but let the devil know there's someone on the face of the earth who is so steadfast that nothing can move?

Whatever your situation friend,hold on because help is on the way. The latter end of Job was better than his beginning. I can boldly say that this will all end in PRAISE for you. Your latter end of increase is here in Jesus name,AMEN
