Teach Me To Love

TEACH ME TO LOVE!!!

I can imagine the agony,the pain and hurt to be in such a position. He never meant anybody harm,he gave his best always at every point in time. Never will anybody come around him that he won't care for even at his own detriment. His desire was just to see that everybody was okay as long as he could provide for them and make them happy. To now be subjected to this level of pain?

At a time he came to the house of one of his beloved friend who died,he wept at the tomb of his friend not necessarily because he couldn't do anything about the situation but I guess at the sorrow in the hearts of those who his friend is leaving behind. He brought him back to life not necessarily to show he had power but to give comfort to Lazarus household.

He would feed multitudes not to show he had power but he just couldn't stand them being hungry. He would heal the people who are sick because he loved them so much. He did all he could to meet all needs around him but what does he get at the end of the day, DEATH. It wasn't just death but death by the cross which is a shameful death.

Funny enough, people who partake of this good deeds were among the people who called for his crucifixion. Some didn't call for it but just stood and watched as this good man was sentenced,some people abandoned him,some people denied ever knowing him. Yet he hung on the cross and prayed for them. How could he love like this? How did he do it?

Lord Jesus, when I have done my best for any human and I seem not appreciated,my good even talked about as evil,my kind gesture taken for granted,hated by people who I leave the comfort of my own family to ensure they are comfortable, TEACH ME TO LOVE.
