Leadership: IMPORTANCE OF PEOPLE KNOWLEDGE

Some of my thoughts tonight. Critical points for leaders especially ones with a quest for results, the chances of your success Is lined around this universal truth. The little that determines the much. The magic behind successful leadership is the ability to trust and leverage on the strength of the led, you can't produce the result all by yourself. God's help and blessings are all around us in packages called "HUMANS"   The Stanford Research institute says that the money you make in any endeavour is determined only 12.5% by knowledge and 87.5% by your ability to deal with people.87.5% people knowledge                               +                       =  Success12.5% product knowledge that's why Teddy Roosevelt said "the most important single ingredient to the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people""I will pay more for the ability to deal with people than any other ability under the sun" Asserted John D. Rockefeller.J. Paul Getty, when asked what was the most important quality for a successful executive, replied, "It doesn't make much difference how much other knowledge or experience an executive possesses; if he is unable to achieve results through people, he is worthless as an executive. Trust the people around you, put them to work, it's making them better. And mind you, it's a "Let's get to work thing" not "Hey you, get to work thing!!!"Get along with people. Key secret to organisational growth. Have a splendid night rest. I love you and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Pst Sam NeyeFf @samNEYENew BB PIN: 233C7919samneyeng@gmail.com

GUARD YOUR HEART

I read and see so many teachings rising up from different platforms this days. Really, it doesn't surprise me, because the Word already gave me insight into what to expect at this later days. God's revelation has been prophesied to be on the increase at this later days. Hab2:14 "For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea" At the same time knowledge that will contradict God' knowledge too will rise and be on the increase. 1Tim4:1-2 "Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" You must know God for yourself, you must seek to know God so you don't end up a victim of heretic teachings.. Matt 22:29 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God." STOP BEING LAZY, sit up and look into your bible to study daily, go about with your iPOD listening to God' word. Eph4:14-16 "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine" Stand for the truth of God' word, BE A BEREA CHRISTIAN, go research on what you just learnt in church, a book or in a CD. Act17:10-11 "These were more noble.. , in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." 2Tim3:16-18 "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures.." Today, choose to know God for yourself, choose to be a diligent student of God' word. Dan11:32 "but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits." Enjoy the rest of your day. @samNEYE
