Leadership: IMPORTANCE OF PEOPLE KNOWLEDGE

The little that determines the much. The magic behind successful leadership is the ability to trust and leverage on the strength of the led, you can't produce the result all by yourself. God's help and blessings are all around us in packages called "HUMANS"   The Stanford Research institute says that the money you make in any endeavour is determined only 12.5% by knowledge and 87.5% by your ability to deal with people.87.5% people knowledge                               +                       =  Success12.5% product knowledge that's why Teddy Roosevelt said "the most important single ingredient to the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people""I will pay more for the ability to deal with people than any other ability under the sun" Asserted John D. Rockefeller.J. Paul Getty, when asked what was the most important quality for a successful executive, replied, "It doesn't make much difference how much other knowledge or experience an executive possesses; if he is unable to achieve results through people, he is worthless as an executive. Trust the people around you, put them to work, it's making them better. And mind you, it's a "Let's get to work thing" not "Hey you, get to work thing!!!"Get along with people.
