LEADERSHIP: the training

Its not until when you u are elected a leader that u are a leader, everyone is a leader. Evryone have the potential of leading, do u develop your's? Many are elected without making a impact, their potential of leading is no where to be found, whereas many are not elected but are having good records. Wait!!!  Dont quote me wrong I dont say be proud or without respect but... Do u develop ur potential? Do u use ur potential wisely or to disturbe others? How are u leading others? How are u directing? Is it in Righteousness or in deciet? Is it in lie or truth? Think over it.(Remember everybody is a leader).
