Ever felt so powerful & yet when your weakness stare you in the face you feel so useless & dumb? Ever been praised in time of your strength before & you pray that those who praise you never get to find out your weakness?
For those who claim to be self righteous, they may probably never agree that they feel this way at least not to people because of who they claim they are. But for those who find themselves in this situation, I write to show you that you are not alone. There is a weak side to every man,am yet to find a man who have the whole of their lives together (except Jesus of course)
Weakness could be anger, unforgiveness, sexual matters etc. which just renders you useless in a twinkle of an eye just when you thought you are all powerful.
I keep wondering why God would testify of David in the new testament that he is a man after his own heart. Thank God He gave us the old testament,we would all have thought David must have been a man who had it all together. Yet God Himself testified of how much David cherished Him with all his flaws. Samson, Rehab,Ruth were all mentioned in the hall of fame of faith in Hebrews 11 yet they all had their flaws
Does your flaw mean you don't love God? Especially when you feel sober after it happens? The devil has put loads of people under condemnation by this. Your flaw doesn't count you out, only shows you are human & you need a saviour, that's why Jesus is there for you, that's why he came to this world.
Rom 5:20 KJV "where sin abounds, grace abounds MUCH MORE" : MSG translation "but sin dint and doesn't have a chance in competition with the aggressive forgiveness we call grace, when it's sin versus grace, grace wins hands down". Don't allow your flaws take you away from God,let it draw you close to Him
Grace is available for takes, come boldly to receive it. God is not the God of a second chance,He is the God of another chance. When you fall,RISE & keep
rising, don't give up cos He won't give up on you. Where sin abounds, grace abounds MUCH MORE..HE LOVES YOU MUCH MORE THAN YOU KNOW
